Okay...so I'm not a fan of shortbread cookies and this sort of reminded me of them, so I was not in love. However, those who like shortbread cookies, did love these. I didn't really change anything and followed the recipe. They were quite easy and do look nice when done, so they would make a good addition to your Christmas baking plate.
