Sweet and salty....yum!
I realize Christmas is over and posting Christmas baking recipes is a little late, but you can bookmark it for next year, right?
The changes we made was only in the melting and dipping chocolate part. I like to melt it in a glass bowl over a boiling pot of water. I also just add some vegetable oil to it instead of shortening. I prefer doing it that way because it keeps the chocolate warm the whole time, where microwaving it doesn't.
Very important tip with making truffles....freeze them before dipping them in chocolate. Your life will be a million times easier.
